East Tennessee State University has two more orientation sessions scheduled this summer for first-time freshmen, as well as two additional sessions for transfer and adult students.

Students who have been accepted for the fall 2014 semester and invited to attend orientation are encouraged to sign up for orientation.

Sessions for first-time freshmen are scheduled for Friday, July 25 and Friday, Aug. 8, and on Thursday, July 24, and Thursday, Aug. 7, for transfer and adult students.

During orientation, students will meet with advisors, register for classes, learn about resources and services available to them, such as financial aid and housing, and meet other incoming students.

Students are required to attend one session.

ETSU officials add that there is still time to apply for admission for the fall 2014 semester. Classes begin Aug. 25.
