Brenda Ryan, 71, of Elizabethton, Tenn., passed away at Sycamore Shoals Hospital on Saturday, July 19, 2014.
She was the daughter of the late Wayne C. Ryan and Bertha Marshall Ryan.
Ms. Ryan retired as a medical secretary at the V.A. Medical Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roy and Ella Marshall, and her paternal grandparents, William C. and Dora Ryan.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Duane and Charlotte Ryan, Johnson City; a niece, Kathy Ryan Dahlman and husband Mark, Huntsville, Ala.; and three grandnieces, Ali, Kara and Lauren Dahlman, Huntsville, Ala.
