2 county schools recognized by state for improvement

Two Carter County Schools have been named as “Reward Schools” by the Tennessee Department Education for showing marked improvement in their student achievement test scores.
Valley Forge Elementary and Hunter Elementary were the two schools applauded by the state for their improvements on the TCAP tests.
