After ETSU volleyball graduate assistant Nikki Dailey finished up a successful four-year volleyball career at the University of Iowa, she was looking for somewhere to continue her education in both school and coaching.

The Franklin, Wis., native wanted to escape the “midwest bubble,” but go somewhere that she had roots.

She didn’t have to look any further than ETSU, where she has family in Roan Mountain.
