Both Happy Valley and Unicoi County had been waiting for last Friday night all year long. And for the Warriors, it was worth the wait.

It has been a tough year for both Happy Valley and Unicoi County, but at least for the Warriors, the frustration ended as HVHS picked up its first win of the season in a 29-12 triumph over the Blue Devils.

Fresh off a 21-7 defeat to North Greene last week, Cloudland was looking to bounce back on Friday night and did in amazing fashion while the team that beat the Highlanders last week had a turn for the worse.
