Hampton gunning for seventh straight win

Tonight will be a tale of two teams headed in opposite directions at J.C. Campbell Stadium.
The Bulldogs enter the Mountain East Conference affair on a six-game winning streak with a 7-1 record, while South Greene comes to Hampton with a 2-6 record as it has lost four of its last five games.
Hampton is averaging 38 points per game as Coby Jones and Jerry Lunsford spearhead the Bulldogs’ offense. Lunsford scored three touchdowns in the first quarter at Hancock County last week as Hampton totaled 244 yards of offense in the first period alone.
