The man Romo is talking about is not old Cowboy legends like Tony Dorsett, Bill Bates or Roger Staubach and he is not talking about the great players of the 1990s like Troy Aikman, Emmitt Smith, Michael Irvin or Deion Sanders, but instead a man who first hit the limelight wearing the Orange & Black playing football for his legendary grandfather, Dave Rider, right here in Elizabethton.
