In a closely contested matchup, the Elizabethton Cyclones were able to get the best of the Hilltoppers Tuesday night inside of John Treadway Gym.

The Cyclones’ Tyler Nichols spearhead ’Betsy’s 73-68 win over Science Hill as he tallied 22 points.

“It was a big win for our program,” said Nichols.
