Machala Cretsinger and Kourtney Tolley spearheaded the Johnson County Lady Longhorns to a 48-38 win over the Unaka Lady Rangers Friday night inside of Ray Shoun Gymnasium.

While Cretsinger coupled 24 points with 11 rebounds, Tolley was also good for a double-double, collecting 20 points and 14 boards.
