GIRLS: 1. Elizabethton, 2. Sullivan East, 3. Happy Valley, 4. Unicoi County, 5. Sullivan South, 6. Johnson County, 7. Sullivan North.

There was not a lot of wavering by the Three Rivers boys and girls head coaches on who the favorites were in the league. Both were either champions or co-champions last year and one team won the state championship.

2013-14 Conference co-champion Sullivan South is the unanimous pick to win the TRC boys and defending Class AA state champion Elizabethton is the overwhelming favorite to win the girls title.
