BRISTOL, Va. — There was no Nolan Smith, Jerry Stackhouse or Carmelo Anthony in the lineup, but on Tuesday the Cloudland boys basketball team was able to go up against a fraction of the greatest high school basketball program in the country.

Cloudland gave the Oak Hill Academy Red team all it wanted for three quarters before losing 75-62 to the Warriors in the opening round of the John Battle Tip-Off Tournament at John Battle High School.
