• Brandon Mayse, 29, 910 Stateline Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and an Attachment for Child Support.
• Christopher Green, 44, 192 Woodland Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by officers of the CCSD on an Attachment for Contempt for Child Support.
• Ricky Chad Oliver, 35, 155 Old Stoney Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Cpl. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with introduction of contraband into a penal facility.
• Justin Lee Morse, 25, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by officers of the CCSD on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Chad Nicholas Cole, 31, Piney Flats, was arrested Thursday by Constable Mark Carrier on an indictment charging him with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine, promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and attempted promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Amanda Renee Fleenor, 29, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Thursday by Constable Tim Lyons on an indictment charging her with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Justin Dean McKinney, 28, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Thursday by Constable Mark Carrier on an indictment charging him with initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture.
• Timothy Corbain Krol, 27, 520 E. E St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Ryan Brackett and charged with driving under the influence, reckless endangerment, failure to obey traffic control device and violation of financial responsibility.
• Barbara Clemons Blevins, 70, 198 Bobs Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Sylvia Reece, 36, 714 Sugar Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. James Deese on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
