•   Charles Carden, 23, 125 Garrison Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Monday by Elizabethton Police Department patrol officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with driving on a revoked license, misuse of evidence of registration and failure to comply with financial responsibility laws.
•   Roger Arnold, 50, 709 H St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Monday by EPD Patrol Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
•  Kasey Frazier, 26, 1357 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Patrol Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
•   Christopher Green, 44, 192 Woodland Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Amanda Little on an active capias charging him with failure to report to serve jail sentence.
•   Jesse Sparks, 33, 406 McArthur St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Myles Cook and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, possession of Schedule III drugs for resale, possession of Schedule IV for resale, possession of Schedule VI for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
•   James Walton, 45, 1272 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
•   Lisa Cipy, 47, 906 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
•   Brian Bowers,  31, 189 Ollie Collins Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Cpl. Amanda Peters on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
