• Jusin Seatz, 27, 2332 Dry Hill Road, Butler, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Sal Caccamo on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Rex Johnson, 35, 340 5th Ave., Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jodi Jones, 27, 147 Borderview Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Roger Killen, 26, 190 Miller Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence, violation of financial responsibility and failure to exercise due care.
