• Darlene Lewis, 35, 718 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Mark Stover, 26, 1357 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court for Child Support.
• Danny Setzer, 40, 2210 George Street, Marion, N.C., was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Morgan Tipton, 25, 104 Lynn Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving on a suspended license, speeding and violation of the light law.
