• Brett Price, 23, 118 Hyder Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Daniel Hensley on an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.
• Ksaey Miller, 28, 537 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Jackie Proffitt, 53, 901 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Scott Whitmire and charged with public intoxication.
• Dustin Austin, 27, 184 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, Was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer James Sexton charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia.
