• Freddie Nelson, 34,501 Summitt Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with contempt of court.
• Christopher Bufford, 49, 120 Hazelwood Road, Hampton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with second offense driving on a revoked license and speeding.
