• Adam Ensor, 28, 123 Carson Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a handgun while under the influence.
• Michael McMillan, 24, 125 Shell Hollow Road, Watauga, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Preston Slagle and charged with first offense driving under the influence, failure to give immediate notice of accident and possession of a firearm while intoxicated.
• Jimmy Moffitt, 35, 109 Norman Joines Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Eric Clifton and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Andre Baumegardener, 23, 145 Grandview Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
• Christopher Hagy, 30, 211 Ninth St., Watauga, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Eric Clifton on a warrant charging him with the sale of a counterfeit controlled substance. Hagy was also charged with possession of Schedule III drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• James Booher, 44, 300 Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging him with theft of property under $500.
• Jeffery Gibble, 29, 120 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving on a suspended license.
• Meredith Gentry, 33, 212 W. Fairview Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Justin Pearce on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court.
• Omayra Diaz, 33, 511 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with domestic assault and vandalism under domestic violence.
• Nelson Hope, 25, 511 Allen Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with domestic assault and vandalism under domestic violence.
• Cindy Davis, 36, 110 Reeser Road, Apt. 21, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with domestic assault.
• Austin Brady, 19, 1125 Rock Creek Road, Erwin, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Douglas Combs on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
• Lester Butz Jr., 65, 741 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the EPD on an indictment charging him with five counts of the sale of Schedule II narcotics.
• Bradley Holsclaw, 30, 304 McQueen St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by officers of the EPD on an indictment charging him with five counts of the sale of Schedule II narcotics. He was additionally charged with possession of Schedule II drugs for resale, simple possession of Schedule VI drugs and violation of the Drug Free School Zone. He was also served with an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court.
• Sarah Rodifer, 33, 531 Dalewood Road, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging her with shoplifting.
