• Rebecca Rose, 30, 709 W. H St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Holland and charged with domestic assault.
• Richard Bryant, 35, 3022 Fall Branch Road, Mountain City, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Capt. Jason Shaw charging him with shoplifting.
