• Jerry Greer, 18, 202 Spring Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with domestic assault.
• Thomas Fox, 52, 167 Dan Cole Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Broadus Powell Melton, 80, 510 Bryant Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Austin Simpson, 19, 132 Ranger Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Samuel McKinney, 31, 138 Jolly Road, Lot 3, Lexington, N.C., was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Robbie Huskins on a warrant charging him with violation of probation and a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Andy Miller, 34, 658 Jena Beth Drive, No. 3, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Sexton and charged with domestic assault and two counts of simple possession of Schedule IV drugs.
• Jonathan Palmer, 47, 174 Lynnwood Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the open container law.
• Jason Blackwell, 35, 716 W. G St., was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with vandalism under domestic violence.
• William Dutton, 34, 3933 Highway 421 S., Mountain City, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving on a suspended license, violation of financial responsibility and being a fugitive from justice out of the state of South Carolina.
• Scarlet Guy, 34, 982 Little Dry Run Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Sgt. Patrick White charging her with shoplifting.
