• Carl Henry Fortenberry, 40, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Cpl. Samantha Beckett on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Caleb Reed, 25, 116 Buckles Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with aggravated domestic assault.
• Jimmy Dean Moffitt, 35, 1284 Charity Hill Road, was arrested Saturday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Justin Pearce and charged with second offense driving under the influence, driving on a revoked license, reckless endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, failure to give information and render aid and violation of an order of protection.
• Andrew Smalls, 38, 815 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with domestic assault.
• Scott Munday, 49, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier on a warrant out of Washington County charging him with failure to appear.
• Timothy Hodge, 20, 1 Glacier Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Matthew Taylor and charged with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage.
• Brandon Dewayne Mayse, 29, 214 Rock House Road, Lot 35, was arrested Saturday by Constable Tim Lyons on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
