• Lucas Garland, 26, 127 Peters Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Johnson, 29, 8359 Dalewood Drive, Brooksville, Fla., was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of Pinellas County, Fla., where he is wanted on outstanding warrants.
• Christopher Dove, 29, 608 S. Roan St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on two warrants charging him with violation of probation. He was additionally charged with the sale/delivery of Schedule II narcotics, sale of a counterfeit controlled substance and violation of the drug free school zone law.
• Anthony Holsclaw, 19, 116 Buckles Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Monday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with driving without a license, driving an unregistered vehicle and not wearing a motorcycle helmet.
