• Jamie Bowman, 24, 1602 Persinger Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Tylor Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Zachary Morgan, 30, 133 Morgan Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Phillip Grant, 40, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Terry Teaster, 23, 2740 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Christopher Guy, 42, 1021 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Linda Williams, 43, 320 Kenneth Hollow Road, Watauga, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the CCSD on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jeffery Wilson, 26, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Robert Hughes on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Cory Christensen, 38, 2744 Carson Ave., Knoxville, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Robert Bradshaw on a warrant charging him with failure to appear and an Attachment Pro Corpus out of Juvenile Court.
• Joe George, 51, 227 Fair Ridge Road, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Douglas Combs and charged with second offense violation of the Habitual Motor Offender law, violation of the financial responsibility law and speeding.
• Stacy Bardo, 29, 142 Bardley Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Christopher Hutchinson, 25, 1135 Jefferson St. NW, Atlanta, Ga., was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with theft of property.
• Brett West, 23, 630 Cedar Lane, Knoxville, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Robert Bradshaw charging him with first offense driving on a revoked license, violation of the financial responsibility law and speeding.
