The family of Charles “Charlie” Goddard invites his friends to attend an inurnment service at 3 p.m. Saturday, September 5, at Happy Valley Memorial Park. The Rev. Raymond Amos will officiate at the service. Friends who attend the service are asked to share memories of Charlie with the family at the conclusion of the service. The family and friends will gather at Tetrick Funeral Home, 211 North Riverside Drive, Elizabethton, at 2:15 p.m. to form the procession to the cemetery.
