• Benjamin Hamilton, 31, 2927 Chestnut Lane, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Lt. Kenneth Cornett and charged with vandalism.
• Christy Grindstaff, 29, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Jeffery Thurman on an Attachment for Contempt out of Juvenile Court charging her with failure to appear.
• Landon Grindstaff, 19, 2329 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Paul Pritchard on a warrant charging him with criminal attempt.
• Kyle Moore, 18, 2130 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the EPD on a warrant charging him with solicitation to sale Schedule VI narcotics. Officers additionally charged Moore with resisting arrest.
• Rachel Stewart, 35, 173 Couch Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Paul Pritchard on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
