• Matthew Byrd, 41, address unavailable, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea and charged with domestic assault.
• Michael Hollifield, 29, 154 Old Buffalo Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Cpl. Justin Clifton on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Ashley Lambert, 20, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with domestic assault.
• Caleb Edwards, 24, of Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. David Caldwell and charged with domestic assault.
• Troy Pickering, 44, 127 Hopson Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with third offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and improper registration.
• Troy Barber, 41, 1701 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier and charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
• Billy Gill, 32, 1262 Bristol Highway, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Robbie Huskins on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.
• Arianne Rhinehart, 35, 711 N. Pine St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Eric Buck and charged with driving under the influence.
• Rickie Berry, 25, 104 Taylor Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also served Berry with a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
