Ryan Brackett on warrants charging him with aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, violation of probation and three counts of failure to appear. Officers additionally charged Holsclaw with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, evading arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.
• Anthony Holsclaw, 19, 105 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett on warrants charging him with aggravated burglary and aggravated assault. Officers additionally charged Holsclaw with possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and evading arrest.
• Scott Peters, 30, 165 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by officers of the EPD charging him with simple possession of Schedule III narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Katrina Peters, 21, 165 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by officers of the EPD charging her with simple possession of Schedule III narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Angela Scalf, 45, 419 E. L St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging her with shoplifting.
