Police Beats for 10/06/2015

• Thomas Tolley, 39, 190 Mill Pond Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with driving under the influence and reckless endangerment.
• Sandy Driver, 34, 714 Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Sean Huvane on two warrants charging her with failure to appear.
• Susan Watkins, 43, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Maison Little, 22, 117 Creekside Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault.
• Payton Osborne, 21, 109 Redwood Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. Officers also issued Osborne with a criminal summons charging her with driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Douglas Shaver, 26, 2713 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Jeffory Feathers, 35, 126 W. C St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce charging him with shoplifting.
• Zachariah Johnson, 18, 123 Hallborough, Jonesborough, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs charging him with driving without a license and failure to exercise due care.
