The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office has announced that the cooperation of numerous local, state and federal agencies has led to the safe 
return of 16-year-old, Ava Zechiel who was last seen in the Cherokee National Forest on November 11, 2015.
Officials say that this effort has been a very tough task, but it was great cooperation and understanding among agencies 
that lead to this.
Naming each agency and person involved would take a tremendous amount of time.
We just want to thank every person that made a call to assist, or assisted in this search in any way. This operation is a true example of utilizing resources, organization of tasks and deployment of those resources.
