• Jeremy Winchester, 37, 926 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Cpl. Samantha Beckett on an Attachment for Contempt out of Chancery Court.

• Jerry Baird, 44, 169 Hazelwood Hollow Road, Hampton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Sgt. Brian McGinnis on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
