• Jodie Danielle Reed, 25, 903 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. F, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Sonya Kay Arnold, 40, 314 Dry Creek Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Friday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Michael R. Foster, 61, 1300 South Buffalo St., Erwin, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Miles Cook and charged with public intoxication.
• Alexa Shai Combs, 20, 1253 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Samantha Danielle Estep, 19, 123 Parham St., Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with three counts of promotion of methamphetamine manufacturing and attempted promotion of methamphetamine manufacturing.
• Justan Douglas Bennett, 27, 1406 Crackers Neck Road, Apt. 6, Mountain City, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also charged with driving on a revoked license.
• Terry Scott Hodge, 33, 519 McCloud Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Lt. Derrick Hamm and charged with aggravated assault under domestic violence.
• Brenda Kay Hull, 48, 709 Georgia St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Miles Cook on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
