• Christian Nichole Bullins, 19, 144 Carville Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Eric Guinn, 21, 144 Carville Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Robyn Vanhorn-Reece, 46, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Sgt. Shane Darling and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license.
• Stephanie Lyvonne Turner, 40, 903 E Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Joshua D. Johnson, 29, 452 Sugar Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Billy Harrell on a warrant out of General Sessions Court.
• Bobbie Jo Axelrod, 41, 604 Douglas Shed Road, Gray, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Israel Benjamin Goudy, 33, 116 Lebanan Road Apt 6, Kingsport, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Michael Freeman and charged with two counts of assault and vandalism.
• Lori Elizabeth Turner, 21, 653 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
