• Israel Benjamin Goudy, 33, 116 Lebanan Road Apt 6, Kingsport, was arrested Wednesday by CCSD Deputy Paul Morrell on warrants charging him with two counts of simple assault and vandalism.
• Joshua Lee Dugger, 31, 504 Trudy St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Deputy Tylor Johnson on a warrant charging him with three counts of violation of probation.
• Alan Michael Simmons, 24, 132 Dry Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with assault under domestic violence.
• David Clair Watson, 50, 214 Price Road No. 2, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy Myles Cook and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
