• Heather B. Williams, 32, 800 Swadley Road, Apt. 305, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on warrants charging her with violation of probation.
• Jerry Lee Dennis, 55, 132 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy David Caldwell on warrants charging him with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Glenda M. Mauck, 43, 424 Carters Valley Road, Rogersville, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She was also wanted out of Scott County, Va., on a charge of fugitive from justice.
