• Carrie Lynn Powers, 28, 1266 Bluefield Ave., Apt. 124, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Bobbie Jean Bailey, 40, 372 Cedar Grove Road, Apt. 4, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear and an attachment pro corpus from juvenile court.
• Coleman Delaney Barlow, 40, 122 Allen Owen Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Danny Mack Davis, 43, 168 Ingrim Branch Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Michael Ray Ward, 48, 103 Old Elk Park School Road, Elk Park, N.C., was arrested Sunday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Alysha Elizabeth Vance, 23, 116 Hensley Lane, Jonesborough, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Sarah McWhirter on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
