• Mary Natasha Peyton, 20, 133 D. Payne Road, Mountain City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jeffrey Thurman on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Austin Allen Livingston, 22, 148 Betterly Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy David Munsey and charged with violation of probation and evading arrest.
• Larry Lyons, 40, 108 Hidden Timbers Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy David Munsey and charged with domestic assault.
