Mrs. Louise Teague Berry, 81, of St. Simons Island, Ga., passed away Thursday, July 10, 2014, in Georgia.
A native of Carter County, Tenn., she was the daughter of the late Clyde and Mildred Price Teague.
Mrs. Berry was a graduate of East Tennessee State University and she was a homemaker. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Burle John Berry, in 2008.
Survivors include her children and grandchildren, Keith Berry and wife Suzanne and their daughter Rachel; Ann Berry and husband Jimmy Stephens and their daughter Helen; Kim Mason and husband Mike and their daughters Katie and Sarah and son Christopher; Kenneth Berry and Kathryn Ross and husband Craig and their daughter Olivia and son Julian.
A service to honor the life of Mrs. Berry will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, July 14, in the Sunset Chapel of Hathaway-Percy Funeral and Cremation Services. Interment will follow the funeral service in the Simerly-Collins Cemetery in the Hampton community. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 13.
