Some young Bucs saw an unfamiliar side of ETSU’s history as they took the turf in the Mini-Dome for the Carl Torbush/ ETSU Football Kids camp.
The kids, ranging from fourth to eighth grade, received two hours of instruction from the ETSU coaching staff and players.
“It’s important today that we teach them some techniques, some skills and some drills,” ETSU head football coach Carl Torbush said.
“We aren’t interested in teaching them offense and defense. We want to show them how to catch the ball, how to run the ball, how to tackle and some agility drills that we feel will make them better athletes and we want to have fun.”
