Pat Campbell, 67, formerly of Hampton, passed away on Thursday, July 31, 2014, at Life Care Center of Elizabethton.
Pat was born in Elyria, Ohio, a daughter of the late Howard and Betty Gibbons Perkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Campbell, on November 29, 2008; a sister, Sally Lacko; and a brother, Jack Perkins.
Mrs. Campbell was formerly a school teacher and was retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Corrections. She was of the Catholic faith and loved watching all types of sports, especially football.
Survivors include two sons, Ryan Campbell and wife Lori, Telford, and Ross Campbell, Elizabethton; one granddaughter, Rilynn Campbell, Telford; three brothers, Robert “Butch” Perkins of Ohio, Phil Perkins of Colorado, and Richard “Cork” Perkins of Oklahoma; and three sisters, Peggy York of Ohio, Donna Ellis of Colorado, and Judy Webb of Ohio. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
