• Mary Jayne Cloyd, 53, 1963 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Deputy Al Meehan on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Kenneth E. Arnold, 49, 190 Lovers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Carol Sheffey, 22, 734 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with domestic assault.
• Christopher Bowers, 41, 2676 Timbers Edge Trace, Kingsport, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer James Sexton and charged with failure to yield, driving on revoked license first offense and violation of financial responsibility law. He was also served with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Matthew Severns, 28, 1110 Lark St., Johnson City, was issued a summons Monday by EPD Officer James Sexton on charges of driving on a suspended license first offense and violation of the financial responsibility law.
• Joseph Runyon, 20, 2013 Sunflower Lane, Watauga, was issued a summons Tuesday by EPD Officer Matt Croy on charges of driving on a revoked license first offense, failure to comply with financial responsibility law and reckless driving.
• Joshuwa Black, 24, 370 McCarty Hollow Road, Telford, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with public intoxication.
• Lisa Hatley Day, 45, 150 Hampton Drive, Box 1317, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Thomas Elliott, 20, 106 Renne Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy David Caldwell on warrants charging him with evading arrest and criminal court violation.
• Mindy Taylor, 23, 102 Emily Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Jacob Range, 20, 1002 Fairview St., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on a warrant charging him with failure to serve jail time.
