• Rhonda Peters, 46, 1489 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes and charged with two counts of domestic assault.
• Mitchell Dale Campbell, 53, 110 Clarktown Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant of attachment for contempt.
• Keith Glenn Lowe, 36, 262 Bill Nave Loop, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Robert Sommer, 28, 101 Roy Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Tylor Johnson and charged with failure to report accident, driving on a revoked license and failure to provide insurance.
• Devin Coleman, 22, 128 Old Watson Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain and charged with domestic assault.
• Nichole Leigh Chambers, 30, 128 Old Watson Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Mark McClain and charged with domestic assault.
• Amanda Wilson, 23, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Christopher Lee Gibson, 26, 208 Long Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Rachel Kuntz, 32, 107 Bowers Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jennifer Nicole Davis, 34, 1220 Broad St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Cristin Kimberly Nave, 29, 199 Swimming Pool Road, Hampton, was arrested Sunday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• James Eric Gibson, 22, 3379 Laurel Road, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Zakarie M. Huggins, 22, 284 Tadlock Road, Fall Branch, was issued a criminal summons Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Patrol Office Matthew Taylor charging him with shoplifting.
• Tony Justus, 44, 121 Tester Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Friday by EPD Patrol Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with driving on a suspended license and improper display of registration.
• Laverna Lynne Grindstaff, 54, 132 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons Saturday by EPD Cpl. Ryan Brackett charging her with expired registration, driving on a revoked license and violation of the financial responsibility law.
• Elizabeth Leonard, 34, 705 Well St., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Sgt. Curtis Bullock and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Ira Oaks, 25, 285 Crestwood Drive, Mountain City, was arrested Saturday by EPD Patrol Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with attempting to obtain narcotics by fraud.
