BRISTOL Va. — The swim meet hosted by Virginia High School on Tuesday night turned into the Cyclone 500.

For the first time in many years, Elizabethton High School doubled in the 500 freestyle as Chase Seeley won the boys race and then the girls race was won by Simone Osborne in what was a great accomplishment for the EHS swim team.

Overall, Elizabethton finished second in both the boys and girls totals behind host school Virginia High, with the EHS girls being just 34 points behind the Lady Bearcats. Sullivan East and Gate City, Va., were also in the meet.
