Dennis M. Bradley

Dennis M. Bradley, 68, of Elizabethton, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at Johnson City Medical Center.
A native of Johnson County, he was a son of the late Norven D. “Nub” and Lena Mae Kimberline Bradley.
Dennis was a 1964 graduate of Johnson County High School. He had lived in Elizabethton most of his life. He was associated with Bradley Auto Sales and later Busy Bee Auto Mart.
Dennis was lead singer with the Brotherhood Quartet and later with the Crystal Rivers Boys. He also had written several Gospel Songs. Dennis was a member of the Harbour Light Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son and daughter-in-law, Nathan D. and Darcie Bradley, Gray, Tenn.; a granddaughter, Paityn; a sister, Norma Jean Carr and husband John Fleenor, Elizabethton; two brothers, Larry T. Bradley and wife Juanita, Kingsport, and Doug Bradley and wife Sharon, Elizabethton; and the mother of his son, Linda Pearl Bradley, Elizabethton. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Funeral services for Dennis M. Bradley will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday, May 29, at Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Campbell and the Rev. Eric Brown officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 30, in the Emmert Cemetery. Active pallbearers, who are requested to assemble at the funeral home at 10:40 a.m. Saturday, will be Josh Kodak, Josh Carr, Patrick Carpenter, Eric Shepard, Mike Odom, Chuck Boyer, Mike McKinney, Randy Hatley, William Braswell and Johnny Huffman. Honorary pallbearers will be Charles Oliver, Jackie Johnson, Larry J. Danner, John Parsons, Phil Carpenter, Jack Cable, Clark Cable, Gary Cable, John Fleenor, Joe Carr, members of the Brotherhood Quartet and Crystal River Boys. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Friends may also visit with the family at the home of his brother, Doug Bradley.
