Glenn Michael McCoy, 58, went to be with the Lord on December 6, 2015, after a long battle with cancer.
Glenn was preceded in death by his father, Mike McCoy, and mother, Virginia Flaherty McCoy.
He is survived by two sons, Mike McCoy and wife Sequa of Elizabethton and Vester Delph-McCoy of Elizabethton; four sisters; one brother; his step-mother; eight grandchildren, Jamin, Noah, Lily, Subrina, Dylan, Josh, Dawson and Isaiah, the love of his life, Leona McCoy; and nephew, Chris Pelky, who considered him as a father.
Glenn’s kind heart changed the lives of everyone he met in some way. His memory and laughter will be remembered by anyone that had the opportunity to meet him. He will be forever missed and never forgotten.
A memorial will be held from 2 until 4 p.m. Saturday, December 12, at Upper Room Family Worship Center, 2216 Midway Street, Johnson City.
