• Hutch Sims, 18, 347 Rittertown Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Cpl. Brandon Stissell and charged with assault.
• David Price, 30, 106 Reeser Road, Johnson City,w as arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Korane Moore, 43, 509 W. F St., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Cody Carver, 31, 107 Taylor Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with burglary and theft of property over $1,000.
• Larry Stapleton, 23, 431 W. G St., Apt. 4, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• James Sias, 43, 1165 Snowden Terrace, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on an Attachment out of Juvenile Court.
• Angela Lowe, 40, 153 Spring St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington and charged with driving under the influence.
• Shawna Ray, 27, 106 Reeser Road, Johnson City, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on warrants charging her with violation of probation and two counts of failure to appear.
• Bobby Winters, 41, 517 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. James Sexton and charged with resisting stop/frisk. Officers also served Winters with a warrant charging him with violation of probation and issued him a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Jerry Harrison, 41, 138 Canter Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton and charged with public intoxication. Officers also issued Harrison with a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
