• Robert Wassom, 37, 170 Honaker Drive, Bristol, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Issac Rhea on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also charged Wassom with being a fugitive from justice out of Virginia.
• Christopher Hart, 33, 360 Sneed Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on an Attachment for Contempt out of Circuit Court.
• Landon Grindstaff, 20, 2329 Hillrise Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Jonah Ingram on a warrant charging him with violation of bond monitoring.
• David Stout, 21, 1712 Orlando Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Mary Garland, 33, 622 Martin St., Erwin, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment charging her with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are manufactured/sold/delivered and sale of Schedule VI drugs.
• Clara Oliver, 27, 1205 Thomas Blvd., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Ambriel Stout, 30, 102 Noah Taylor Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with third offense driving on revoked license, violation of light law, violation of financial responsibility and being a fugitive from justice out of the state of North Carolina.
• Ralph Jones, 44, 308 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe and charged with driving under the influence.
• Tony Arnold, 52, 407 Holston Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with public intoxication.
• Desmond Johnson, 36, 714 S. Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Justin Pearce and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Andy Miller, 35, 658 Jena Beth Drive, Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor and charged with domestic assault.
• Charles Johnson, 43, 601 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw and charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct.
• Lisa Harrison, 47, 474 Whaleytown Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with shoplifting.
• Virginia Williamson, 35, 2145 Oakwood Road, Midway, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Jordan Ensor charging her with shoplifting.
• Angela Perry, 51, 1270 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe charging her with driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility and speeding.
• Samuel Garrison, 26, 128 Garrison Road, Roan Mountain, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe charging him with second offense driving on a revoked license and speeding.
• Katherine Reece, 20, 474 Whaleytown Road, Butler, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by EPD Officer Kenneth Lowe charging her with shoplifting.
• Jeffrey Hardin, 49, 152 Beryl Blevins Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Friday charging him with leaving the scene of an accident.
