• Lawrence Patterson, 31, 130 Heaton Hill Lane, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with domestic assault.
• Robert Hicks, 34, 2134 Gap Creek Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy David Tranbarger on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also charged Hicks with simple possession of Schedule III drugs.
• Phillip Edwards, 31, 431 W. G St., Apt. 4, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Mark McClain on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Chadwick Brooks, 40, 1926 Forge Creek Road, Mountain City, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Officers also issued Brooks a criminal summons charging him with shoplifting.
• Joyce Wilson, 54, 1516 Virginia Ave., Bristol, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Cpl. James Sexton charging her with shoplifting.
