Police Beats for 05/10/2016

• Christopher Carpenter, 20, 124 Atkins Drve, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Sgt. Brian McGinnis on an outstanding warrant.
• Robert Brummitt, 28, 147 Spring Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Corban Lipscomb on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Eduardo Lopez, 23, 518 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney and charged with public intoxication and three counts of child endangerment.
• Monica Hernandez, 21, of Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney and charged with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident with injury, driving without a license, violation of financial responsibility and three counts of child endangerment.
• Bobby Williams, 27, 148 Edgewater Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with second offense driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law and leaving the scene of an accident.
• Betty Simerly, 64, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Lt. Jeff Markland and charged with domestic assault.
• Justin Lowe, 24, 150 Danny Mathes Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Milea Ketron, 29, no address available, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Samantha Maney on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear.
•Ashley Monk, 25, 2823 S. Roan St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• James Williamson, 25, 115 Tester Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with failure to appear. Officers also served Williamson with a criminal summons charging him with driving on a suspended license, speeding, violation of financial responsibility and violation of the child restraint law.
• Wesley Stewart, 26, 122 Humphreys Lane, Johnson City, was issued a criminal summons on Friday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs charging him with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to exercise due care and violation of financial responsibility.
• Michael Trivette, 45, 1873 Tynecastle Highway, Banner Elk, N.C., was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. James Deese charging him with shoplifting.
