David Allen Milton, born November 24, 1959, went on to be with his Savior Jesus Christ on May 18, 2016.
He was born in Morris, Ill., and moved to Tennessee in 1990. He was the son of the late Theodore Alvin and Margaret Ann Milton.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth, and children, Carrie and husband Greg Nance, James and wife Holly Milton, Garry and wife Crystal Milton, and Naomi and husband Chris Flannery; his pride and joys, his grandchildren, James David Milton, Gregory Junior Nance, Michael Lee “Bo” Stansberry III, Christina Jo Milton, Bambi Ardel Nance, Troy Lewis Berry, Charlie Michelle Milton, Dylan Myrna Milton; two dear nephews, Matthew and Cody; a sister, Diane Milton; and three brothers, Junior, Howard and Robert Milton.
David loved to cook and was an avid Elvis Presley fan.
David’s wishes were to donate his body to science to help mankind. Restore Life is assisting the family with those wishes.
David was a very patriotic man who loved his country, therefore, the family will be having a celebration of life memorial closer to his favorite holiday, Independence Day, and will celebrate his freedom from his troubled waters!
