• Ernest Moore, 31, 133 Wilson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Corban Lipscomb and charged with driving under the influence, violation of implied consent, violation of financial responsibility, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs and violation of registration.
• Dillon McClellan, 21, 74 Ray McClellan Lane, Newland, N.C., was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Tanya Calvert, 31, 2463 Lakewood Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Steven Carey, 54, 5314 Highway 19E, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Florida.
• Michael Wolfe, 31, 107 Shook Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by Elizabethton Police Department Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with second offense driving on a suspended license, second offense seat belt violation and being a fugitive from justice out of the state of Virginia.
• Antonio Pearce, 27, 2140 W. G St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Thursday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson charging him with theft of property.
